With more than 18 years in international business Filip built his career leading an EMEA commercial organisation, managing teams, and driving complex projects to success. Known for his strategic mindset and results-driven approach, he established himself as a trusted professional in demanding global markets.
Today, Filip has traded boardrooms for building sites – bringing the same precision, energy, and leadership into construction. He believes that strong projects aren’t built only from concrete, but also from passion, creativity, and joy.
